Evaluation
We implement a one-week evaluation. Since it is Maecenmeria's tradition not to easily accept new members, you are obliged to participate in the Maecenmerian Order.
What is the Maecenmerian Order?
• It is a process wherein all new members are required to be active for the whole week in order to prove themselves worthy of our name. Please note that we do not accept new accounts; your main account must be the one you will use.
Requirements
You are only allowed to choose one unique name + Cimmeria/Maecena : We strictly enforce a one-name-and-one-displayed-surname policy. Please keep in mind that we do not accept alternatives or Maecenmeria as middle names.
Port Policy : To avoid confusion and future conflicts, we have implemented a one-port policy within the abode. However, Maecena and Cimmeria have separate sections, so you may have the same face claim as the other party.
Activeness: This is an absolute must. Displays should be put elsewhere, not in our group. Assure us that you will be able to participate in all of the hood's projects, or you will suffer repercussions. When you join, be sure to improve your time management skills and show us that you have a clear goal in mind.
Respect: Not only for the officers, but also for your fellow members. Know how to respect others in order to gain one.
Do not pick up a fight : Avoid rants, raves, accusations or anything related to such acts if you don't hold strong evidence against the opponent.
We do not tolerate copy cats : Lastly, thou shall not commit plagiarism in any form. Members should know the difference between "inspiration" and "imitation"
